Role and Responsibilities:
As a Professional Land Surveyor Project Manager at Mollenhauer Group, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing surveying projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the surveying project
- Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
- Overseeing field operations, data collection, and analysis
- Reviewing survey and subdivision maps to ensure accuracy
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure project success
- This is a full-time position and you will work in the Glendale office
Qualifications:
- Valid California Professional Land Surveyor license
- Min. 10+ years of experience
- Strong experience in land surveying and mapping
- Hands-on experience and strong skills in AutoCad/ Civil 3D
- Proven track record of successfully managing surveying projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in surveying software and technology

Civil Engineer, CAD Drafter/Designer, AutoCAD Civil 3D
The Mollenhauer Group is seeking the ideal candidate who will be comfortable in preparing technical drawings and plans for Civil Engineering and Surveying as well as engineering plans for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD CIVIL 3D and be able to utilize these design skills to create technical drawings and visual aids. Most work specializes in architectural & civil drafting and design but basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is a plus. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined above.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
- Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
- Execute projects based on outlined criteria
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 – 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD CIVIL 3D
