As one of the largest and most iconic shopping arenas in Los Angeles, California, the Beverly Center began a major renovation starting in March of 2016. Mollenhauer Group, working in conjunction with Neumann Smith Architecture, was tasked to provide a BIM ready Revit model of the Center for use during the renovation.
